Ethiopian bread “Injera”

I became an Ethiopian food convert. As a person, I love having new experiences. Most of the time, these are experiments I generally am slightly apprehensive about. The hesitation is more internal than external. This year, I realized I must look outside my little bubble and explore new circumstances.
